Ginger Beer Without Yeast - Recipe No.7

Ingredients:

4 cups of boiling water

4 cups of sugar

Juice of 4 lemons

Method:

Mix all the ingredients above until dissolved in a large bucket or pot.

Strain Ginger Beer Plant Recipe “C” through muslin or cheesecloth or similar into the mixture.

Add 22 cups of cold water , mix well and put into clean airtight bottles.

The ginger beer will be ready in 3 weeks.

As with all other ginger beer plants keep half and repeat the process for your next batch.
