Ginger Beer Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 large mango cubed. Don’t forget to get the blunt blade of your knife and get the extra fruit sticking to the underside of the skin. There is a lot stuck to it.

2 peaches peeled and cubed.

1 pint (600ml) ginger beer (preferably homemade)

Ice cubes (4 to 6)

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and process. Voila two lovely big smoothies  !
